How do I book a tour?+

What's your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
Do you offer private tours?+
Yes, most tours can be booked as private or small-group. Let us know when you message and we'll quote accordingly.
Is transport included?+
It depends on the tour, check the "Included" list on each tour's page. Day trips like Guatapé and the coffee farm include round-trip transport; in-city tours usually meet at a fixed point.
