Booking
Booking a tour with Tour Medellín happens over WhatsApp: you send us your details through the form on the Contact page or message us directly, and we confirm availability, pricing, and meeting details back to you on WhatsApp before your tour is considered booked.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour's start time, message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm. Cancellations inside 24 hours may not be refundable, depending on the tour and how far along the arrangements are, we'll always tell you where you stand when you ask.
Prices
Prices shown on this site are per person in GBP and are indicative, we confirm the final price with you on WhatsApp before you book. Prices may change without notice for tours not yet booked.
On the day
Please arrive at the confirmed meeting point on time. Tours involve outdoor activity, walking, and in some cases travel outside Medellín, let your guide know about any mobility, health, or safety concerns before the tour starts so they can plan accordingly.
