Who this is
This website is run by Tour Medellín [add registered business name and address here if you trade as a registered company]. If you have any question about your data, contact us on WhatsApp or via Instagram.
What we collect
The only information this website collects is what you type into the booking form on the Contact page: your name, the tour you're interested in, your travel dates, and your group size.
What we do with it
Submitting the form opens a pre-filled message in WhatsApp addressed to us, it does not save anything to a server or database on our end until you actually send that WhatsApp message yourself. Once you send it, your message and details are stored in WhatsApp, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, and are used only to arrange and deliver the tour you've asked about.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It's cookieless and doesn't collect personal information, no consent banner is shown because nothing that requires one is being set. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or Instagram using the links above.
